Thanks! Yes it’s awesome material you got on SLC, a great graph really showing what’s happening. I think it’s sourced in the text, I ‘ll just check. We still haven’t figured out how to insert link in captions, but I will look at it and make sure the link is clear. If you post on SLC and other school issues – like the continuous delay in schoolbook distribution – we would really like to post it here too or advertise it. We are thinking about making a video interviewing students on the consequences of lack of textbooks – if you are interested in joining the project, do let us know.

That’s a great sum up on SLC News. Students passing SLC and its value tend to decrease each year despite government’s investment in the sector. A huge working reform is needed in school level education in Nepal.

BTW, thanks for using my analytical graph “More SLC students – but fewer pass the test: trend”, would have been better at least to link back or credit the source, http://ekendraonline.com/edu/slc-results-nepal-trends/

More on the trend, R-squared value for SLC passing students has been close to 0.6684 only (in log trendline) – hence the result is already chaotic and predictable.
